Park Slope Open Streets will be back once again for the summer starting next weekend, closing down 5th Avenue to traffic from Berkeley to 4th Street every Saturday from May to October (excluding August). We chatted with Brendan Byrnes, the owner of popular bar The Commissioner, who’s been hugely instrumental in making sure it returns every year.
