Flatbush’s Popular Lark Cafe Opens “Lark by the Park” on July 28th: LbtP will offer pizza, smash burgers, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, milkshakes, hot dogs and more. The cafe is located at the Parade Grounds snack bar and will be open throughout the summer and fall.
Dave’s Hot Chicken: The chain the originated as a stand in an East Hollywood parking lot opens on 7/28 (311 7th Avenue)
